Let me introduce myself 👋

I know how it feels to be shy, insecure and afraid to make a mistake in English. It took me many years to overcome these challenges and now I help others become confident English communicators to achieve new heights in their career and life.

I love being self-employed and working with clients  — that's why I focus on helping freelancers and remote workers. 

A few facts about me as a professional:

• I took part in a student exchange program in the USA (where I spoke to native speakers and improved my pronunciation)
• I spent 3 years in Asia as an English teacher
• I have TEFL and CELTA certificates (Cambridge University) and more than 5 years of work experience
• learning is a big passion of mine and I often invest in courses and webinars for professional development
• I like to work with motivated people who understand that I can't "copy and paste" English from my head into theirs

And about me as a person:

• cats are cute but I'm a dog person 🐶
• I love reading and listening to audiobooks, especially popular science and science fiction 💫
  
• while living in the United States I visited Yosemite - the most beautiful place I've ever been to
• my passions include CrossFit, self-improvement and learning 

Certificates

CELTA is an incredibly intensive and practical teaching course from Cambridge.

I spent 3,5 months reading, attending live workshops. planning and delivering lessons which were assessed by a qualified tutor. It gave me much-needed knowledge about teaching adults and using a communicative approach in my work. 

Of course, I had a nice celebration after finishing it 😉
